I joined the Community Trade Hub with the help of my guidance teacher and am currently part of the LMA Friday Level 1 consultation group. I have really enjoyed using the various tools and machines; I appreciate that every day is different and covers a new trade or topic.

 

I first heard about the SKA through my dad, who encouraged me to get involved and helped refer me to the group. Since joining, I have completed a significant amount of mechanical work and have used the simulators at the Leven Community Centre. I am 14 years old and have previously raced at Knockhill, which gave me a solid foundation in racing basics. In the future, I hope to earn a seat in one of the karts and continue learning more about how they work.

 

The team has been fantastic—everyone is friendly, inclusive, and goes out of their way to help if you get stuck. I have tried many team sports and activities, but in the three weeks I have been here, this has already been the best experience I’ve had. I am very much enjoying being part of the club
