Kenny McAllister

Kenny Bio
Based in Fife, Kenny has spent years working with young people through community and skills-based programmes, helping them build confidence, practical ability and belief in themselves. Motorsport became a natural extension of that work — not just as a sport, but as a tool to bring families together, teach responsibility, and open doors that might otherwise stay closed.
For Kenny, karting isn’t just about lap times and trophies. It’s about being in the workshop, learning how things work, fixing what’s broken, and understanding that effort and teamwork matter just as much as talent. It’s about standing on the sidelines with parents, siblings and volunteers, sharing the highs, the setbacks, and the lessons that come with racing challenging but rewarding.
As a driver, Kenny values consistency, respect and preparation taking part counts as there has to be work and play. As a mentor and leader, he believes in grassroots pathways — giving people a place to start, support to grow, and opportunities to progress whether their future is as a driver, engineer, coach or leader within the sport or not Life skills memories and setting targets and directions are key to positive futures .
